Client Testimonials

Here is the first part of my before and after story, just a picture of my face. I am thinner, my hair is healthier, and my skin and eyes are brighter. I have a jawline and the beginnings of cheekbones now too. Horray!

Here is my body before and after. 

In writing, here are the biggest differences that I notice about my body:

- I have lost almost forty pounds
- I have a waist, collar bones, and for the first time EVER some tone in my arms
- My face is more defined (see face before and after)
- I have naturally better posture
- I can fit in the photo frame! (it was actually impossible for me to find a before photo where I was entirely in the frame. Sad, but true.)
- I fit in a size M shirt instead of XL, and 10-12 pants instead of 16
- When I meet people for the first time, I no longer feel like they are just seeing a fat woman... they get to have a different first impression
- I feel beautiful when I dress up to go somewhere
- I enjoy my workouts more. 

Working with Stasha helped me:

- Stay accountable to my goals
- Discover what my food allergies were and which foods were holding me back
- Find healthy recipes and foods that I love and that nourish me
- Work through having a chronic illness and stay on track anyway
- Build my confidence in myself to make the changes I need
- Discover what kale is and why I should eat it
- Learn which supplements to take to have the most energy and health.

Full Disclosure: Noelle is my bestie here in LA. We work on our bucket lists together <----- She's not my client... sorta...

Stephanie has been my 'go to girl' for recommendations on naturally eating healthy for as long as I can remember. Recently I realized that I have a wheat intolerance as well as trying to avoid GMO's, which left me with the question, well what can I eat? Stephanie not only gave me great advice for wheat alternatives, but took me by the hand and walked me through the natural grocery store (Steph here, I do that for every client!); showing me not only how to shop, but what to shop for. I can always count on her for food counseling, raw food recipes, sugar alternatives, and an amazing enthusiasm for eating, cooking, and living healthy and natural- and it's contagious! I can't speak highly enough of her program- and hey Steph., I'm drinking my apple cider vinegar! Noelle G.

"Stasha takes unprocessed, fresh ingredients to a whole new taste sensation!  Varied, vibrant and creative her meals are a thrill to savor.  For my birthday I gave her a list of my favorite fruits and veggies and menu she crafted impressed all my guests.  Even my staunchest meat eating friends were swept up in the goodness of her whole food, plant-based cuisine.  It was a night and a meal to remember.  Am thrilled to have discovered her, and look forward to more of the pop up dinners!"
